Below you can find the rank structure of CIS.
Director of Actors [CAP: 1]
Director of Actors holds the highest position within CIS and is responsible for leading and making critical decisions for our department. Their primary duty is to ensure the overall stability and success of the CIS.

Assistant Director [CAP:1]
The Assistant Director is the right hand of the Director of Actors and together they oversee the entire department. They play a crucial role in managing and guiding the high ranks, ensuring smooth operations and effective decision-making.

Lead Management [CAP: 3]
Lead Managers hold the highest rank within the Actor Board structure and serve as trusted advisors to the CIS Directorate. Their primary responsibilities include overseeing the entire CIS Actor Board, effectively managing the department, and implementing necessary changes and reforms to ensure its success.
Handpicked by the Director of Actors/Assistant Director.
Supervising Actor
Supervising Actors hold the initial official position within the Actor Board. They have demonstrated the competence and dedication to achieve this rank. Responsible for leading CIS, organizing events, and holding training sessions, they play a crucial role in maintaining the department's activities and ensuring its stability. In addition, they assist with various tasks and contribute to the overall functioning of the department.
Pass the trial phase as a Trialing Supervisor.
Trialing Supervisor
Trial Supervisor is the lowest command rank within the department. During their trial period they work under close supervision of Supervising Actors+ with the ultimate goal of becoming full-fledged Supervising Actors. Their main responsibilities include assisting the CIS high ranks, organizing events, conducting trainings, and maintaining departmental activities to keep it running smoothly.
Pass the T-HR application.
Senior Actor
Upon reaching this rank, these actors have proven to be some of the most experienced and talented members of the CIS.
Be an Actor for at least 10 days.

Senior Actors+ may create up to 5 CIS characters.
Can host Acting Trainings.
Can apply for HR.
Can apply for a custom morph.
Are able to request to be morphed the uniform variants in #cis-wardrobe.
Actor
The main actor base of CIS, they compose the majority of the CIS department and collectively form the foundation of the entire department, they have proven their skills throughout the Internship program and have earned this position.

Actors+ can participate in RAH tryouts.
Training rank have about 2 months to rank up to LR before they get exiled.
Novice Actor
Pass the Internship Program.
Probationary Actors are members of the Probationary Membership Program, meaning they are only members of CIS for a temporary amount of time until it expires and they are required to leave.
Specimen in Observation
Pass the PMP Interest form.
